108 Intrusiveness of searches
The person conducting a search of a person under this part must
ensure, as far as practicable, that—
(a) the search is the least intrusive kind of search that is reasonable
and necessary in the circumstances; and
(b) the search is conducted in the least intrusive way that is
reasonable and necessary in the circumstances.
