102 Interfering with personal monitoring devices
(1) A person commits an offence if the person interferes with a personal
monitoring device.
(2) It does not matter whether the interference is by the person directed
to wear the device or someone else.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if the interference is authorised by the
interfere, with a personal monitoring device, includes damage, cause
to malfunction, disable and remove but does not include the effect of
normal wear and tear associated with wearing the device.
