(1) [Section 87B Subsection (1) amended by No. 13 of 2012, s. 23, Applied:30 May 2012] [Section 87B Subsection (1) amended by No. 13 of 2012, s. 23, Applied:30 May 2012] If the Secretary reasonably considers it appropriate, the Secretary may release information about a prisoner or forensic patient to a person listed in the eligible persons register in respect of the prisoner or forensic patient including, but not limited to, information about any one or more of the following:

(c) [Section 87B Subsection (1) amended by No. 13 of 2012, s. 23, Applied:30 May 2012] the prisoner's or forensic patient's transfer between prisons;
(d) [Section 87B Subsection (1) amended by No. 13 of 2012, s. 23, Applied:30 May 2012] the prisoner's or forensic patient's eligibility dates for discharge or release;
