### 64 Reports > > (1)  The Board is to, not later than 31 October after the end of each financial year, make a written report to the Minister of – > > > > > > (a) the number of prisoners released on parole during that financial year and the number of prisoners returned to prison by reason of the revocation of their release on parole; and > > > > > > > (b) the general activities of the Board under this Act during that financial year and any matters affecting the operation of this Act that the Board thinks appropriate to include in the report. > > > (2)  The Minister, as soon as practicable, is to lay before each House of Parliament a copy of any report made under [subsection (1)](#GS64@Gs1@EN) . > > > (3)  The Board, whenever so required by the Minister, is to furnish the Minister with a report on any matter in connection with the administration of this Act on which the Minister has required the report.
