### 51 Variation or revocation of interstate leave permit > > (1)  The Director may, before a prisoner is allowed to be absent from the prison under an interstate leave permit or at any time during the period of the permit – > > > > > > (a) vary or revoke any condition of the permit or impose any additional condition; or > > > > > > > (b) subject to [section 50(2)](#GS50@Gs2@EN) , vary the period of the permit; or > > > > > > > (c) revoke the permit. > > > (2)  The revocation of an interstate leave permit, the variation or revocation of a condition of the permit, the variation of the period of the permit, or the imposition of an additional condition, under this section takes effect immediately.
