77D Board may arrange for examination of prisoner The Board, in determining whether to make or vary a parole order, cancel a prisoner's parole or revoke the cancellation of parole, may— (a) arrange for the examination of the prisoner by a registered medical practitioner, psychiatrist or psychologist; and (b) require the registered medical practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist or any other person whom the Board believes may be able to do so to give a report in writing to the Board.
