58D Offence to give item to prisoner A visitor to a prisoner who gives or attempts to give to the prisoner anything which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the security, management or safety of the prisoner or the safety of persons at the place where the prisoner is, is guilty of an offence. 1. 2 years imprisonment. Pt 8 Div. 3A (Heading and s. 58E) inserted by No. 44/1991 s. 4(1).
