47A Suspected dangerous letters and parcels may be disposed of
If the Governor reasonably suspects that any letter or parcel to, or from, a prisoner contains an unauthorised article or substance that could pose an immediate danger to any person, the Governor may dispose of the letter or parcel in any manner he or she considers to be appropriate.
