3A Meaning of *terrorism record* For the purposes of this Act, a person has a ***terrorism record*** if the person— (a) has been convicted of a terrorism or foreign incursion offence; or (b) is or has been subject to a terrorism-related order. S. 3B inserted by No. 32/2018 s. 119.
