12A Authority to exercise powers, functions and duties of community corrections officer or Regional Manager (1) The Secretary, by instrument, may authorise an employee of the Department to exercise any or all of the powers, functions and duties under this Act or any other Act, or any regulations made under this or any other Act of— (a) a community corrections officer; or (b) a Regional Manager. (2) An authorisation under this section may be made in relation to an employee or class of employees specified in the instrument of authorisation.
