118 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Further Amendment Act 2009 Part 9D does not apply to a claim by a person referred to in section 110 (as in force immediately before its repeal) under the **Accident Compensation Act 1985** that was made but not finalised before the commencement of section 4 of the **Justice Legislation Further Amendment Act 2009**. Section 110 (as in force before its repeal) continues to apply to that claim. S. 119 inserted by No. 30/2010 s. 54.
