112B Validation of regulations Any regulations made, or purported to have been made, under section 112 and in force, or purportedly in force, immediately before the commencement of sections 19 and 20 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2007** that would have been validly made if section 112A had been in operation at the time the relevant regulations were made or purported to have been made have, and are deemed to always have had, the same force and effect as they would have had if section 112A had been operation at that time.
