105 Proceedings for offences S. 105(1) amended by No. 45/1996 s. 17(Sch. 1 item 64), substituted by No. 12/2014 s. 17. (1) Proceedings for offences against this Act or the regulations may be brought by— (a) the Secretary; or (b) the Director of Public Prosecutions; or (c) a crown prosecutor within the meaning of the **Criminal Procedure Act 2009**; or (d) a member of staff of the Office of Public Prosecutions established under the **Public Prosecutions Act 1994** who is a lawyer; or S. 105(1)(e) substituted by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 32.16). (e) a police officer. S. 105(2) amended by No. 45/1996 s. 17(Sch. 1 item 64), repealed by No. 41/2015 s. 22(2). Note to s. 105 inserted by No. 41/2015 s. 22(1).
