104F Application of this Division This Division applies if the Post Sentence Authority directs a monitored person to attend a community corrections centre as a condition, imposed under section 31(10) of the **Serious Offenders Act 2018**, of the supervision order or interim supervision order to which the monitored person is subject. S. 104G inserted by No. 81/2005 s. 9.
