103 Access to community corrections centres and locations (1) The Regional Manager of a region may authorize any person to enter a location. (2) An authority under subsection (1) is subject to the conditions determined by the Regional Manager and stated in the authority. (3) A person who is authorized to enter a location and who, whilst at the location— (a) contravenes this Act, or the regulations; or (b) contravenes a direction given by the Regional Manager; or (c) contravenes a condition to which the authority to enter is subject; or (d) does anything which, in the Regional Manager's opinion, threatens the good order or security of the location— must, if ordered by the Regional Manager, leave the location immediately. (4) A person who disobeys an order to leave a location is guilty of an offence. 1. 10 penalty units.
