94 Definitions observed means observed in real time by means of an audiovisual system. priority/legal visit means a visit to a prisoner by a priority visitor or a prisoner's legal practitioner. priority visitor means one of the following: (a) a person mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (k) of the definition protected correspondent in section 151; (b) a person nominated in writing by a person mentioned in paragraphs (d) to (k) of the definition protected correspondent in section 151 as that person's delegate; (c) a person nominated in writing by a body mentioned in paragraph (l) or (m) of the definition protected correspondent in section 151 as the body's representative; (d) a person prescribed by regulation. recorded means recorded by means of an audiovisual system.
