87 Arrangements with health care facilities (1) The General Manager must make arrangements with the person in charge of the facility to ensure that the prisoner: (a) does not pose a threat to patients or staff of the facility or the general public; and (b) is not able to leave the facility unescorted. (2) The arrangements must be made before, or as soon as practicable after, the prisoner is taken to the facility.
