85 Recommendations of health practitioner (1) This section applies if a health practitioner makes a recommendation to the General Manager about health care for a prisoner (including a recommendation that the prisoner be taken to a health care facility). (2) The General Manager must give reasonable consideration to implementing the recommendation.
