84 Access to health information (1) The Commissioner must ensure that the information relating to the health and health care of prisoners is accessible only to persons authorised by the Commissioner.
Correctional Services Act 2014 41 (2) A person with access to the information must comply with the Commissioner's Directions in relation to obtaining, storing and use of the information. Note for section 84 Improper disclosure of health information may constitute an offence under section 189.
