68 Definitions decision maker, in relation to misconduct proceedings, means the person conducting the proceedings under section 71(1). misconduct decision means a decision under section 73(1) (including as to the imposition of a penalty). misconduct proceedings, see section 71(1). reviewer, in relation to proceedings for a review of a misconduct decision, means the person conducting the proceedings under section 75(1).
