52 Buccal swabs (1) A prisoner must submit to the taking, by an approved person, of a sample of cells by buccal swab when directed by the General Manager to do so. (2) If the prisoner does not submit to the taking of the sample, a correctional officer may assist the approved person to take the sample. (3) In providing the assistance, the correctional officer may use the approved person means a person approved by the Commissioner to take samples for this section.
