39 Movement of prisoners (1) The General Manager of a custodial correctional facility must arrange for a prisoner to be taken to any of the following: (a) a custodial correctional facility or other place as directed by the Commissioner; (b) a court before which the prisoner has been ordered to appear; (c) a health care facility as required under Division 4. (2) The General Manager may arrange for a prisoner to be taken to any other place as the General Manager considers appropriate.
