37 Alcohol and drug testing of officers and employees A correctional services officer or employee of the Agency must submit to a prescribed alcohol/drug test when directed by the Commissioner to do so. Note for section 37 Section 195 makes provisions for the carrying out of prescribed alcohol/drug tests.
