207 Regulations (1) The Administrator may make regulations under this Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), regulations may make provision in relation to the following: (a) the control and management of correctional services establishments, including practices and procedures to be followed in relation to those establishments; (b) the control and management of offenders, including practices and procedures to be followed by, or in relation to, offenders; (c) the exercise of powers and performance of functions under this Act (including limitations on when and how correctional services officers may exercise powers and performance functions); (d) the making of awards to persons for conduct relating to correctional services.
