19 Powers of Commissioner (1) The Commissioner has the powers necessary to perform the Commissioner's functions. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Commissioner may do anything the Commissioner considers appropriate in order to maintain the security and good order of correctional services establishments and offenders. (3) The Commissioner may also exercise the powers and perform the functions of any other correctional services officer conferred by this or any other Act.
