185 Failure to provide name and address (a) the person is: (i) at a custodial correctional facility; or (ii) in the vicinity of a custodial correctional facility; and (b) a correctional officer or employee of the Agency has directed the person to give the person's name and address under section 142; and (c) the person engages in conduct that results in a failure to officer or employee tells the person that a failure to comply with the direction is an offence. subsection (1), in the circumstance mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(ii), if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse.
