18 Functions of Commissioner The Commissioner: (a) is responsible for the overall control and management of: (i) correctional services establishments; and (ii) offenders; and (iii) persons accommodated at custodial correctional facilities who are not prisoners; and (b) has the other functions conferred on the Commissioner by this or any other Act.
