119 Prisoner employed while on leave (1) This section applies if a prisoner is issued with a general leave permit that authorises the prisoner to engage in paid employment. (2) The employer must pay all of the prisoner's earnings (after deducting any tax) to the Commissioner. (3) The Commissioner must pay the amount received into the prisoner's trust account.
