113 Variation or revocation of leave permit (1) The Commissioner may vary or revoke a leave permit at any time.

Correctional Services Act 2014 53 (2) A leave permit is automatically revoked if, while the permit is in force, an event occurs that would result in the person becoming a prisoner if he or she were not already a prisoner. Examples for subsection (2) Examples of events that would result in a person becoming a prisoner include the (a) being sentenced to another term of imprisonment; (b) being remanded in custody after being arrested for another offence.
