96 Board to continue in existence for certain purposes
The Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board established under section 11 of the **Companies (Administration) Act 1981** may perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under Division 2 of Part II of the **Companies (Victoria) Code** in respect of applications made to it under Subdivision B of that Division before the commencement of this section.
