96 Board to continue in existence for certain purposes

The Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board established under section 11 of the Companies (Administration) Act 1981 may perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under Division 2 of Part II of the Companies (Victoria) Code in respect of applications made to it under Subdivision B of that Division before the commencement of this section.
