68 Conferral of other functions and powers for purposes of law in Victoria The Commission has power to do acts in Victoria in the performance or exercise of any function or power— (a) expressed to be conferred on the Commission by a national scheme law of another jurisdiction; or S. 68(b) repealed by No. 43/2001 s. 30(13).
