59 Application of regulations
The regulations in force, immediately before the repeal of the ASIC Act, under section 251 of that Act—
S. 59(a) amended by No. 37/1999 s. 58(Sch. 1 item 1.9).
(a) apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the ASIC Law of Victoria; and
S. 59(b) amended by No. 37/1999 s. 58(Sch. 1 item 1.9).
(b) as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Regulations of Victoria.
