47 Exercise of jurisdiction pursuant to cross-vesting provisions A court of Victoria may— S. 47(a) amended by No. 12/1995 s. 8(g)(ii). (a) exercise jurisdiction (whether original or appellate) conferred on it by a law of another State or the Capital Territory corresponding to this Division with respect to matters arising under the Corporations Law of that State or Territory; and S. 47(b) amended by No. 12/1995 s. 8(g)(ii).
