44B Further matters for a court to consider when deciding whether to transfer a proceeding In deciding whether to transfer under section 44, 44A or 44AA a proceeding or application, a court must have regard to— (a) the principal place of business of any body corporate concerned in the proceeding or application; and S. 44B(b) amended by No. 12/1995 s. 8(b).
