### 95 Board to continue in existence for certain purposes > The Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board established under [section 4(1) of the](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1982-008#GS4@Gs1@EN) [Companies Auditors and Liquidators Disciplinary Board Act 1982](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1982-008) may perform the functions and exercise the powers conferred on it under [Division 2 of Part II of the](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1982-007#HPII@HD2@EN) [Companies (Tasmania) Code](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1982-007) in respect of applications made to it under [Subdivision B of that Division](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1982-007#HPII@HD2@HdB@EN) before the commencement of this section.
