### 87 Effect of sections 85 and 86 > To the extent that a co-operative scheme law ceases to operate because of [section 85](#GS85@EN) or [86](#GS86@EN) , the law is taken for the purposes of the [Acts Interpretation Act 1931](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1931-059) to have been repealed by this Act.
