59 Application of regulations
[Section 59 Amended by No. 74 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jan 2000] [Section 59 Amended by No. 41 of 2001, s. 31, Applied:15 Jul 2001] The regulations in force, immediately before the repeal of the ASIC Act, under section 251 of that Act –
(a) [Section 59 Amended by No. 74 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jan 2000] apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the ASIC Law of Tasmania; and
(b) [Section 59 Amended by No. 74 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jan 2000] as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Regulations of Tasmania.
