46 Courts to act in aid of each other
[Section 46 Amended by No. 33 of 1995, s. 14 ][Section 46 Amended by No. 11 of 2001, s. 27, Applied:01 Jun 2001] All courts having jurisdiction in civil matters arising under the Corporations Law of Tasmania, or in matters referred to in section 42(1A) , and the officers of, or under the control of, those courts must severally act in aid of, and be auxiliary to, each other in all such matters.
