44C Transfer may be made at any stage
*[Section 44C Inserted by No. 5 of 1992, s. 11 ]**[Section 44C Amended by No. 33 of 1995, s. 11 ]*A court may transfer under section 44 , 44A or 44AA a proceeding or application –
(a) on the application of a party made at any stage; or
(b) of the court's own motion.
