### 36A Construction of references to Part 7 of Commonwealth ART Act > [*\[Section 36A Amended by No. 8 of 2025, s. 12, Applied:14 Oct 2024\]*](/view/html/inforce/2024-10-14/act-2025-008#GS12@EN) [*\[Section 36A Inserted by No. 11 of 2001, s. 15, Applied:01 Jun 2001\]*](/view/html/inforce/2001-06-01/act-2001-011#GS15@EN) For the purposes of [sections 35](#GS35@EN) and [36](#GS36@EN) , a reference in a provision of the *Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024* of the Commonwealth (as that provision applies as a law of this jurisdiction) to the whole or any part of Part 7 of that Act is taken to be a reference to the whole or any part of that Part as it has effect as a law of the Commonwealth.
