36A Construction of references to Part 7 of Commonwealth ART Act

[Section 36A Amended by No. 8 of 2025, s. 12, Applied:14 Oct 2024] [Section 36A Inserted by No. 11 of 2001, s. 15, Applied:01 Jun 2001] For the purposes of sections 35 and 36 , a reference in a provision of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 of the Commonwealth (as that provision applies as a law of this jurisdiction) to the whole or any part of Part 7 of that Act is taken to be a reference to the whole or any part of that Part as it has effect as a law of the Commonwealth.
