### 26 Object
> The object of this Part is to help ensure that –

> > > (a) the Corporations Law of Tasmania, and the Corporations Law of each jurisdiction other than Tasmania, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth; and
