> Despite Part 1.3 of the Corporations Law of Tasmania and [section 20](#GS20@EN) of this Act, the Commonwealth Minister may only make an order under section 111A of that Law, or that section as applying because of [section 20](#GS20@EN) of this Act, with the consent of the Minister for this jurisdiction.
