### 15 Corporations Law of Tasmania
> > (1) Chapter 5 (except Part 5.8) of the Corporations Law of Tasmania binds the Crown not only in right of the State of Tasmania but also, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the other States, of the Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.
