## 7002 Exemption for certain IATA documents
An IATA Body is exempt from the requirement to set out the relevant information on a document if:
(a) it is a document of one of the following kinds:
(i) passenger ticket and baggage check;
(ii) excess baggage ticket;
(iii) agency credit or debit memo;
(iv) credit card charge form;
(v) miscellaneous charges order;
(vi) stopover voucher;
(vii) air waybill; and
(b) either:
(i) it is in a form sponsored by IATA; or
(ii) it is required by IATA to be used by IATA bodies; or
(iii) it is a document printed outside Australia exclusively for use, outside Australia, by or on behalf of that particular IATA body.
