## 6207 Application under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of a decision of the Games authority under rule 6206 not to grant a certificate stating that a connection exists between the body corporate and: (a) the Summer Games of the Twenty-Seventh Olympiad, to be conducted by the body known as the International Olympic Committee; or (b) the Paralympic Games to be held in Sydney, New South Wales in the year 2000 and to be conducted by the body known as the International Paralympic Committee. > Note Under subsection 367 (4) of the Corporations Law, a body corporate can apply to the Minister for consent in writing to register a name that would not otherwise be available to the body corporate.
