58 Application in New South Wales of the ASIC Act

(1) The ASIC Act as in force immediately before its repeal, other than the excluded provisions—

(a) applies as a law of New South Wales, and

(b) as so applying, may be referred to as the ASIC Law of New South Wales.

(2) The excluded provisions of the ASIC Act are—
