47 Exercise of jurisdiction pursuant to cross-vesting provisions
> A court of New South Wales may—
>
> > (a) exercise jurisdiction (whether original or appellate) conferred on it by a law of another State or the Capital Territory corresponding to this Division with respect to matters arising under the [Corporations Law](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0703) of that State or Territory, and

> > (b) hear and determine a proceeding transferred to it under such a provision.
