40 Operation of Division
> > (1) This Division provides in relation to—
> >
> > > (a) the jurisdiction of courts in respect of civil matters arising under the Corporations Law of New South Wales, and
> >
> > > (b) the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect of civil matters arising under the [Corporations Law](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0703) of another State or the Capital Territory, and
> >
> > > (c) the jurisdiction of courts in respect of matters arising under the [Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth involving or related to decisions made under the [Corporations Law](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0703) of a State or the Capital Territory by Commonwealth authorities and officers of the Commonwealth, and
> >
> > > (d) the jurisdiction of courts in civil matters in respect of decisions made by officers of the Commonwealth to prosecute persons for offences against the [Corporations Law](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0703) of a State or the Capital Territory and related criminal justice process decisions,
> >
> > and so provides to the exclusion of the [Jurisdiction of Courts (Cross-vesting) Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-125).

> > (2) Nothing in this Division affects any other jurisdiction of any court.
