26 Object
> The object of this Part is to help ensure that—
>
> > (a) the Corporations Law of New South Wales, and the [Corporations Law](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0703) of each jurisdiction other than New South Wales, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth, and
>
> > (b) the ASIC Law of New South Wales, and the ASIC Law of each jurisdiction other than New South Wales, are administered and enforced on a national basis, in the same way as if those Laws constituted a single law of the Commonwealth.
