25 Exempt intermediaries for CSF offers
For the purposes of paragraph 742(1)(c) of the Act, if: (a) a person has an exemption under section 6 of this instrument for an eligible financial service; and (b) the eligible financial service is providing a crowd‑funding service; Chapter 6D of the Act applies as if section 738C of the Act were modified so that the person is a CSF intermediary during the eligible financial service’s testing period.
